- The minimum age to ride in the shark is 6 years old.
- A Parent or Legal Guardian must complete a waiver form for all children 17 years and under riding.
- Rides in the shark are subject to a weight restriction of 105kg (231 pounds/16.5 stone) and height restriction of 193cm (6ft 4').

- Please note: A credit card is required to be stored on file while you are on the jet skis. This is in case of any intentional or unintentional or reckless damage to the jet skis while you are out on the water.

- Minimum weight restriction of 70 kgs (can change due to weather)
- Maximum weight restriction of 150 kgs
- Children over 12 can fly solo as long as they meet the 70 kg minimum weight restriction and may need to travel alone on the boat if no spectator seats are available
Tandem & Triple Flights
- Maximum weight restriction of 200 kgs (combined)
- Kids under 12 can fly with an adult over 18 years old - child weight must be over 20kg
